About Me
Agency and sovereignty guide my decisions.
More than anything, I want to own my time, my body, and my thoughts. This shapes almost every decision I make. I am critical of anything that looks like an addiction or dependence.
I can't relate to the default setting of drifting through life and deferring decision making to a system whose incentives are not aligned with my own.
I am skeptical of the attention economy and AI.
I work in tech and I am currently studying Generative AI at UT Austin. I love the tools, but I am terrified of what they do to the human mind if we aren't careful.
I believe we are outsourcing our ability to think critically. The combination of algorithmically curated feeds and AI answers is a perfect storm for the atrophy of deep thought.
